About the Event
This 2 hour event will be focusing on creating a fluid and smooth routine building and layering tricks and poses to suit your current level.
Ideally some experience with the pole but the workshop is suitable for all levels.
Starting the session with a warm up then moving onto the poles to find your flow and your own creative style.
Weaving spins, climbs, tricks and transitions into a beautiful dance.
