
A Space to rest, receive, and reset
Sound baths are a deeply restorative experience where you are invited to simply lie down, relax, and allow the sounds and vibrations to gently guide the body and mind into a state of deep rest.
During a session, layers of sound are created using instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and voice. These sounds wash over the room like waves, helping the nervous system soften and the mind settle.
Unlike a yoga class, there is nothing you need to do. The invitation is simply to rest, breathe, and receive.
Many people experience sound healing as a powerful way to unwind from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with a sense of inner calm.
For many people, a sound bath becomes their first step into a deeper relationship with meditation, stillness, and self-care.
Each sound bath is a unique journey created using a range of instruments chosen for their different tones and vibrations.
In my sessions I work with:
• Gongs – deep, powerful vibrations that create an immersive soundscape
• Quartz crystal singing bowls – clear resonant tones that help bring balance and harmony
• Voice – gentle vocal tones and sounds woven through the practice
• Shruti box – a warm, grounding drone that supports relaxation and meditation
• Flow chimes – soft cascading tones that create a sense of spaciousness
• Koshi chimes – delicate harmonic sounds inspired by the elements
• Tuning forks – subtle vibrations used to encourage balance and calm
Together these instruments create layers of sound that help guide the body into a deeply restful state.
