There are a few different ways you can practice with me.
You might join a class at one of the local studios where I teach, practice from home through the online membership, or come along to a workshop to deepen your practice.
Wherever you are on your journey, there’s a space for you to step onto the mat.

If studio times don’t always fit your schedule, or you enjoy practicing from home, the online membership gives you access to a huge library of classes plus our weekly live sessions.
Inside the membership you'll find:
• two live online classes each week
• access to 600+ recorded yoga classes
• meditation and breathwork sessions
• a supportive WhatsApp community
It’s a flexible way to stay consistent with your practice wherever you are.
Workshops
Throughout the year I occasionally offer workshops that allow us to explore different aspects of the practice in a little more depth.
These sessions might focus on specific physical practices, deeper relaxation, or themes that support your overall wellbeing.

Yoga is ultimately about returning to yourself, and I’m grateful to be able to share that space with so many wonderful people.
