YIN YOGA AND SOUND

 

This class is a great introduction to Yoga & designed to restore the nervous system, helping to release deeply held tension from the tissues of your body and mind.
In-person in Huthwaite Wednesdays 7:30pm. 


Mikala uses Quartz singing bowls and Himalayan bowls and other instruments like Koshi chimes + rain makers to bring the body back to its natural state of balance and harmony.

It is a simple yet profound way to connect with the core of our being and tune our body at the cellular level through the gentleness of its resonance.

The sound vibrations immediately quiet the mind, allowing relaxation in the body and beyond.

Our lifestyles tend to be very Yang + busy with stressful situations. Most of us find it hard to switch off, unplug and be still which can eventually lead to burn out.


1 hour of healing and deep relaxation...come and drop inwards with us, bring blankets, eye pillows, cosy socks, crystals if you like, bolster or pillows and blocks if you have them, if not rolled up towels.

Warrior Two

WAKE UP FLOW

This class is about energising the systems and getting the Agni, internal fire, heated up to help the body in purification and bringing vitality to the body and mind.

Every Tuesday and Friday morning at 7:30am

You can pop your own music on for these classes, so find your favourite playlist, roll your mat out and come wake with us.

Waking the body, mind and breath in perfect balance.
Dropping into this morning + setting an intention to be present or maybe you have your own intention you want to call in.

Along with the 2 weekly live classes, you have access to hundreds and hundreds of classes to flow to in your own time.
