Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Refunds Payment for class must be received in full prior to the scheduled event date to ensure your space unless paying in person on the day. Cancellations within 48 hours of the class for any reason will not be refunded or credited - if payment was to be paid in cash on the day and invoice will sent sent if class cancelled within 48 hours of the session starting. Late arrivals may not be allowed to attend class to ensure a peaceful session for those on time. Beginners pole course sessions can not be move or changed.
