The gardens greet you with bird song

A little walk out of the kitchen back door and you will find the inspiring ‘lotus’ studio - where we will meet for yoga, meditation and sound healing sessions. The studio finds a harmonious silence
Nestled in the back of the nidderdale garden.
The garden has two seating areas. One near the brook with a beautiful fire pit and comfortable seating and one out of the kitchen in easy access with a more sheltered fire pit. Both areas are ideal for connecting around fire time or being alone with the escape of a good book in the pure fresh air. Bliss!
The ‘Wellness Bud’ has both sauna and steam facilities with hot and cold shower. We are so blessed to have this incredible place to ourselves!

Retreats offer a chance to step away from the pace of everyday life and create space to reconnect with yourself.
Over a few days together we move beyond the rhythm of weekly classes and allow the practice to unfold more slowly. There is time for yoga, rest, connection, nature, and simply being.
Many people describe retreat experiences as deeply nourishing — an opportunity to reset, reflect, and return home feeling grounded and refreshed.
While weekly classes support our regular practice, retreats allow us to go a little deeper.
