What is Yoga (with me)
Yoga is so much more than the shapes we make on the mat. It's a practice of breath, alignment, and presence — a way of tuning into the body and quieting the noise of the mind.
In my classes, we build strength and flexibility side by side with stillness. Some days we move through dynamic, playful flows; other days we slow right down and simply breathe. Underneath it all is the wisdom of yogic philosophy, woven gently into how we practice.
I've been teaching yoga for over nine years now, and it's been the thread running through every other part of what I do — from sound healing to reformer pilates. It started as something I needed for myself: a place to slow down, feel more at home in my body, and make sense of my own mind. The more I practiced, the more I wanted to share it — and Flow State grew from there.
Why I love it.
It saved me, Yoga truly changed my life.
It came into my life when I needed it the most, my intentions at first was purely physical, wanting to feel more open and connected to my body but it did so much more than that. It shifted things for me, calmed my nervous system and created space within my mind.
Who is it for?
Yoga is for every body — however flexible, strong, stiff, or brand new you are. You don't need to touch your toes. You don't need any experience. What you do need is a willingness to show up, breathe, and meet yourself where you are today.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or have practiced for years, there's a place for you here.

1:1 Private Sessions — online or in person
A personalised session built entirely around you — your body, your goals, your pace. Perfect if you're new to yoga, working around an injury, or want focused attention to deepen your practice.
Group Classes — studios across Nottinghamshire
Join me at The Reform Lounge, Hotpod Mansfield, or Anytime Fitness - Sutton-in-Ashfield throughout the week — dynamic morning flows, gentler afternoon sessions, and outdoor practice in the warmer months.
Online — live on Zoom
Practice from wherever you are. Live classes every Tuesday and Friday at 7:30am, plus recorded classes for you to practice on your own time.
