Join this beautiful group of supportive queens that uplift each other and cheer each other on as we learn new routines, tricks, poses, spins and climbs on our selection of poles, silks and lollipop apparatus.
Each week we grow in our strength, body awareness and abilities. Improving our physical and mental strength as well as learning to LOVE our bodies.
