6 week pole course

Over the course of the 6 weeks, we will be learning all the basic spins, grips and climbs, all abilites + levels are welcome.

Each week we look at new tricks and how we can combined them with other beautiful transitions to progress and make graceful routines, all whilst having fun with like minded people.

Pole dancing traces its roots to the ancient Indian sport of mallakhamb, in which gymnasts perform intricate poses and feats of strength on a vertical pole. Its ancestry also includes Chinese pole acrobatics, a staple of circus acts the world over.
