About the Event
This 4 week course will be exploring the theme of backbends...
Each week we will work on tricks, spins and build combos so at the end of the 4 weeks we can link together a routine that you perfect more and more each week.
Taking the time to really work on flexibility at the start of each session to prepare the body for each trick.
To secure your space on the whole course its £35 paid before the course starts.
Drop in classes might be an option depending on the number of sign ups at the start of each month. Message me to find out if theres space on a class.here
