Sound And Tapas

This event is one of my favourite monthly events with a twist. Sound instead of Asana.

Still a form of Yoga called Nada Yoga. Yoga of sound and vibration.

Lay back and receive the healing vibrations of Crystal singing bowls and other gentle instruments to drop us in to a state of rest and relaxation.

We reconnect with ourselves first, then connect to others, come with friends or come alone and make new friends here.

Arrive 5:45pm and order at the bar
