About the Event
Our next Yoga and sound healing session in 🏴 Wales is going down on 20th August at 4.30pm. Organised by the amazing Antonella from @foxglovebarmouth This months shenanigans will be taking place at Llanbedr Hall, £30 per person for around two hours of movement, breath, relaxation and a sound journey. Bring a yoga mat and any props, blankets, eye pillows (anything) you need to support you in relaxtion.
