Yoga + Tapas

We meet upstairs in Capo Lounge at 6pm

(order your food downstairs just before - tell them you're here for Yoga)

We breathe, flow and release, creating space for new energy and letting go of the old.

After a deeply relaxing shavasana we dine!!

We wake up to the smells of our dinner and wine, where we practice mindful eating

(or catching up inbetween bites - its been a while!)

Bring a mat or let me know if you need one bringing.

£21 for the two hour event.
