These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and services offered by Flow State, including yoga classes, sound healing, events, and online memberships. 1. Booking & Payments Bookings must be made in advance through our website or booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. 2. Cancellation & Refunds - Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule or receive credit. - Events & Workshops: Non-refundable tickets for events or workshops. - Private bookings: Non-refundable, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. If cancelled within 48 hours, 50% of the session fee will be retained. - No refunds for missed sessions or late cancellations. 3. Health & Liability By participating in any Flow State offering, you agree: - You are fit to take part and will inform us of any relevant health conditions. - You practice at your own risk. - Flow State and its practitioners are not liable for any injuries or damages arising from participation. 4. Intellectual Property All class materials, recordings, and digital content remain the property of Flow State. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission. 5. Service Changes We reserve the right to modify or cancel classes, schedules, and events at any time. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
