Yin is a super relaxing + releasing practice that can help stretch out the stress in the tissues of your physical self.

The crystal quartz singing bowls help you slow down the brainwaves and the busy-ness of the mental body.

After the practice of gentle Yoga releasing all that needs to be released before the end of year and after the beautiful bowls welcoming in new positive vibration we then circle together with like-minded souls with tasty vegan treats and sharing a cuppa /hot choc together after the magic has happened, helping you feel connected to others and grounded before the mayhem of Christmas arrives.
