About the Event
Each week of this 4 week pole course we will be learning new spin, poses, tricks and combos building more body-awareness and full body strength.
They are continious courses and will just keep going. Our pole family are a lovely bunch, they are so supportive and cheer each other on, come join our lovely pole fam.
