Yoga X Tapas

This is an event for those of you that love Yoga + Food (+wine)

We come together to move, breathe and connect with like minded souls.

We always start the practice off with grounding and centering. Coming home to our hearts and stepping into our bodies.

After an hour flow we wake from our deep rest of shavasana to the smell of our food and feast together.

Practising mindful eating and catching up with our fellow Yogi''s.

All levels welcome.
