As requested a Kids Pole Gymnastics workshop is happening!!
Wednesday 26th 11amÂ
We have limited spaces and parents are welcomed and encourage to try at least one trick!
Pole Gymnastics is a super fun way for your cheeky little monkey to try something new, different and SUPER fun!
Its great for flexibility and building strength using a vertical apparatus for handstands, spins and combo's, putting together all that we've learnt!
