About the Event
Drop into your body with a gentle and nourishing Yin Yoga practice, unravelling tension, breath by breath, Yin Yoga is a practice in which we hold postures gently, for a few minutes, allowing for a deeper experience of the pose and to witness the changes that happen physically and energetically. After the slow movements we wrap up in stillness with the intention of receiving soft frequencies and soothing sounds for the mind, body and soul.
